On May 1, 2011, Gibson Sound & Vision announced the launch of the Replacement Guarantee program, a new, revolutionary customer protection plan. Products covered under this new Replacement Guarantee that fail to operate as a result of a manufacturer defect after the original warranty, will simply be replaced with a new one. That plain, that simple.
